CONSORT声明在中国医学期刊“稿约”中的应用

摘要： 目的：以MEDLINE或EMBASE两大数据库所收录的中国医学期刊为研究对象，探讨其“稿约”中CONSORT声明的应用情况。方法：对纳入研究的84个期刊，下载其杂志主页上最新的“稿约”，提取其中关于CONSORT的内容，并对84个期刊进行电话问卷调查，以进一步了解其CONSORT声明的应用情况。结果：84个期刊中有4个（4.8%）在其“稿约”中提及CONSORT声明。电话调查中69个（82.1％）杂志给予反馈，其中7个杂志表明其“稿约”中提及CONSORT声明，超过50%（39/69）的期刊编辑部明确表示不知道CONSORT声明，且大约40%（8/21）的期刊认为医学类杂志的“稿约”中没有必要引用CONSORT声明。结论：目前中国医学期刊“稿约”中CONSORT声明的应用普遍较差。建议中国医学期刊要求作者在报告随机对照试验时遵循CONSORT声明，以增强中国临床试验的报告质量，促进研究水平的整体提升。

Abstract： Objective: This study aims to assess the application of the CONSORT Statement in “Instruction to Authors” of Chinese medical journals which included in MEDLINE or EMBASE database. Methods: We reviewed the latest “Instruction to Authors” of 84 journals, extracted all text mentioning the CONSORT Statement or CONSORT extension papers. We also surveyed the editorial office by telephone to get more information about the application of the CONSORT Statement. Results: In 84 journals, only 4(4.8%) Chinese medical journals recommended CONSORT Statement in their “Instruction to Authors”, 69 journals (82.1％) responded to the telephone survey, in which, 7 journals said they included CONSORT Statement in their “Instruction to Authors”, more than 50 percent (39/69) of journals indicated that they do not know CONSORT Statement, approximately 40 percent( 8/21)of journals thought it does not need to include CONSORT Statement in “Instruction to Authors” of Chinese medical journals. Conclusion: The endorsement of the CONSORT Statement in “Instruction to Authors” of Chinese medical journals was poor. Chinese journals should require authors to comply with the CONSORT Statement when reporting randomized controlled trials to improve the reporting quality of Chinese clinical trials.
