改性新型光敏剂HA的光谱与光物理特性研究

摘要:有机功能分子在当前开发新型光电子材料和PDT(photodynamic therapy,简称光动力疗法)光敏剂方面是一个重要的研究热点;开发和研究具有优良光敏特性的新型光敏剂具有重要意义。为了对候选光敏剂竹红菌甲素( HA) 进行改性并保持其优异的敏化特性,对HA 的光谱特性和激发态性质作进一步的指认。本文系统研究了HA在液相体系下改性后的光谱特性,为指认HA的光谱和激发态电子跃迁的机制提供了新的依据: 即吸收带I产生于π→π*跃迁,吸收带II和III产生于P--π共轭所导致的L→απ跃迁的电子振动结构; 荧光发射带I和II是产生于同一跃迁机制S1(L,απ)→S0的正常荧光的振动结构。另外详细研究了HA在分子筛中的光谱, 指定其在强激光脉冲激发下产生了双光子吸收, 并指认长波荧光发射带为激发态质子转移荧光;结果表明只有在强光作用下才可能发生激发态质子转移。

THE STUDY ON THE SPECTROSCOPIC PROPERTIES OF THE MODIFIED PHOTOSENSITIZER HYPROCRELLIN A
Abstract:At present, functional organic molecule is a study focus in exploitation of new type photoelectron material and photosensitizer of photodynamic therapy (PDT),So,It is very important to study and exploit the new-type photosensitizer.In order to modify hypocrellin A (HA) while maintaining its excellent sensitivity to singlet oxygen , work has been done to recognise its spectroscopy and electronic excited state properties .We study systemically the absorption and fluorescence spectrum of HA in different acidity and basicity, and obtain some new and basic evidences to support that the absorption band I results fromπ→π* transition; the long wavelength absorption band II and III results from L→απtransition; and the fluorescence emission results from the transition of S1 (L,aП) →S0 with the similar vibronic featrues to absorption band. Furthermore ,We study spectrums of HA dispersed in sieves (MCM-41) in details, A new emission band of HA in sieves is observed at long wavelength side under strong pulse laser excitation., Which is corresponding to that in the solution of HA under the same excitation . We believe it results from the fluorescence of ESIPT produced by double -photon absorption.
