菜粉蝶、蝶蛹金小蜂和丽蝇蛹集金小蜂酚氧化酶基因片段的克隆

摘要:研究了菜粉蝶酚氧化酶分子特性,并克隆了菜粉蝶、蝶蛹金小蜂和丽蝇蛹集金小蜂的酚氧化酶基因的片段序列。结果表明,菜粉蝶酚氧化酶在血淋巴中以502.57 kDa(PO1)和460.04 kDa(PO2)两种形势存在,原酚氧化酶的分子量约为560.64 和512.43 kDa,成功的从菜粉蝶、蝶蛹金小蜂和丽蝇蛹集金小蜂中克隆到约500 bp的酚氧化酶基因的片段序列。

Cloning the cDNA fragment of phenoloxidase from Pieris rapae, Pteromalus puparum and Nasonia vitripenni
Abstract:The molecular characterization of phenoloxidase from Pieris rapae was investigated and the fragmental cDNA of phenoloxidase for P. rapae, Pteromalus puparum, and Nasonia vitripenni was cloned. The results indicated that phenoloxidase exists in P. rapae hemolymph as a zymogen of 502.57 kDa and 460.04 kDa with the prophenoloxidase as 560.64 kDa and 512.43 kDa, and about 500 bp long cDNA fragment of phenoloxidase was cloned from P. rapae, P. puparum, and N. vitripenni.
