布朗计算机信息消除中非相关自由度作用

摘要:本文建立了一个了包含非相关自由度的二维双稳态布朗计算机模型,其中0和1两态用平衡分布于双阱势两阱的玻耳兹曼分布来代表。设计了一个操作使一侧势阱底部抬高直至消失,从而实现了1比特信息的消除。用蒙特卡罗方法模拟了一个过阻尼布朗粒子在有限时间内从两态变单态的过程,计算了外界作功和耗散功。结果表明:与一维比较,二维耗散功明显地降低,达到了提高布朗计算机工作效率的目的。

Effect of uncorrelated degree of freedom on information erasure in Brownian computer
Abstract:A Brownian compute including an uncorrelated degree of freedom based on double-stable model is proposed, where 0 and 1 states are replaced by the Boltzmann distribution in the two bottoms of double-well potential. In order to arise the bottom of a well and then disappear, we design a proposal, and thus erasing of 1 bit information is realized. We use the Monte Carlo method to simulate the motion of an overdamped Brownian particle during a finite time and calculate the mean work done on the system and dissipated work. It is shown that the dissipated work is decreased observably and the affectivity of the Brownian computer is increased.
