Ru/TiO2/AC催化剂在臭氧光催化过程中的作用

摘要:本文以煤质活性炭DX-9为载体,溶胶凝胶法制备TiO2/DX-9,对其做SEM表征可以看出载上四层TiO2后表面有龟裂现象,负载上TiO2后催化剂在无光的情况在对臭氧的衰减有促进作用,但是在UV灯的照射下对O3衰减作用不明显,对乙酸根的去除作用增强,说明能产生更多的•OH。在此基础上以浸渍法载Ru,制备Ru/TiO2/AC催化剂;用SEM表征催化剂,发现载Ru后有略微的团聚现象,加上这种催化剂,在自然状态下对水中臭氧衰减有促进作用,但是在有UV灯的情况下,作用不明显,载Ru后对乙酸根的作用增强。得出结论Ru/TiO2/AC在无UV灯时能够促进臭氧衰减,在有UV灯时,作用不明显。该催化剂能提高对乙酸钠的臭氧光催化降解率,具有很好的催化活性。

The function of Ru/TiO2/AC on photocatalysis and ozonation
Abstract:The paper studied the photocatalysis of Ru/TiO2/AC, the carrier is coaly AC –DX-9, the method if sol-gel, from the SEM we can see that the superficial catalysis is rimous, but it is advance for ozone degradation without the UV and no advance under the UV, it accelerates the speed for TOC remove that demonstrates it may bring more •OH. we load the Ru on the catalysis, to make the Ru/TiO2/AC, from the SEM, we can see a little reunited, the Ru can promote the degradation of ozonation without UV irradiation and no advance under the UV, the same with TiO2/AC, is also advanced for the TOC remove. The catalysis is useful for the acetic acid remove, so it is activate for the ozonation and photocatalysis because of its catalytically function for the ozonation.
