The analysis of alkyd reaction kettle with FMEA application
Abstract:This article introduces the definition and classification of FMEA,and concludes the steps of analysis.a preliminary discussion of quantitative criteria of FMEA has been put forward. This article introduces the function of each component of the alkyd reaction kettle, and according to the the basic principles of failure mode and effects analysis and based on the specific situation of alkyd production, author discussed the the potential failure modes of the alkyd reaction kettle, consequences of it could lead to and causes. Based on quantitative criteria of severity and occurrence and detection degrees and RPN value, author carried out quantitative analysis to each object, and give suggestions to the one which exceeded the standard.
