交流液压回路阀块有限元分析

摘要:交流液压技术是近年来发展起来的一门新兴学科,是液压技术的一个新领域。在交流液压系统中,液体可以在管道中往复流动;或者液压管道中的液体根本不流动,只是其压力作正弦波交变。脉动交流液压系统集成块,在未作加工制造及试验之前进行应力分析有着很大的意义。集成块结构复杂,难以用解析法求解,本文基于三维弹性有限元理论,采用有限元分析软件对自行设计的交流液压回路中的阀块进行了应力分析。分析结果表明,在孔的相贯处附近区域等效应力最大,因此在设计时要注意尖角,尽量减少应力集中现象。同时,两个孔之间的距离在结构允许的情况下尽可能大。

Finite Element Analysis on the Valve Block of Pulsating Flow Hydraulic Circuit
Abstract:Pulsating Flow Hydraulic (PFH) is a newly developed subject in recent years, and it is a new field of hydraulic technology. In some PFH systems, the liquid may flow back and forth in the pipeline. Or liquid do not flow, but its pressure varies as sinusoid wave. It is very significant to do stress analyses for the valve block before its manufacture and tests. The structure of the valve block is complex, and it is difficult to analyze in analytical method. Based on three-dimensional elastic finite element theory, finite element analysis software is adopted to analyze the stress of the self-designed valve block in this paper. The results show that, the stress in the intersection region of the holes is biggest. The cusps should be paid more attention in the design to minimize the stress concentration phenomenon. At the same time, the distance between the two holes should be as big as possible.
