基于层次分析法和模糊数学方法的TH矿业集团中层管理者岗位评价

摘要:对中层管理者岗位做出科学公正的评价,是TH矿业集团建立公平、合理的职位薪酬体系的基础。通过科学合理的问卷设计和前一阶段广泛的问卷调研,笔者取得了充分的、可靠的数据。在此基础上,建立了TH矿业集团中层管理者岗位评价体系,并运用层次分析法确定各指标权重,应用模糊数学方法对岗位评价体系中的各个要素做出综合评价。模糊数学评价方法应用在人力资源管理的岗位评价中,是一种研究方法的创新。

Based on AHP and fuzzy method of TH Mining Group evaluation of the status of middle managers
Abstract:The basis of establishing a fair and reasonable pose-salary system in TH Mining Group is to give middle—level managers scientific and equitable evaluations. The author has acquired adequate and reliable data through scientific and rational design of the questionnaire and a wide range of research questionnaire in the previous phase. The position evaluation system of middle-level managers in TH Group has been built on this basis. This paper use APH to determine every index weight, and use fuzzy mathematical method in the job evaluation of HRM, which is a kind of innovative research methods.
