棱锥状氧化铜纳米结构的制备及场发射特性

摘要:在本文当中我们将采用一种简便的方法来制备氧化铜纳米材料,该方法在低温常压的情况下可以在铜衬底表面大量的生长棱锥状氧化铜纳米结构(以后简称纳米棱锥)。不用模板、仅用双氧水为催化剂。通过对样品进行XRD(X射线衍射)测试、Raman Shift(拉曼普)光谱测试,我们确定该样品即为氧化铜。又通过进行SEM(扫描电镜)的图像拍摄,进行对氧化铜纳米拓扑结构进行分析。除此之外我们对于这种具有尖端的纳米样品进行场发射的测试,发现该样品具有非常好的场发射特性。

The fabrication and field emission property of the CuO nanohaulm
Abstract:In this paper we will demonstrate an extremely easy way to synthesize the CuO nanopyramid. Our method is on the low temperature and normal pressure, can fabricate mass CuO nanopyramid which is grown on the surface of the substrate Cu. After that we use the XRD (X-ray diffraction) and Raman shift to identify the material, the SEM (scanning electron microscope) to identify our specimen, we can make sure our specimen is CuO and the morphology. Except that we also do the experiments of the Field Emission property of our as-obtained samples.
