TiB2-C/C阴极材料电阻率的测定

摘要:采用自行研制的高温电阻测试仪分别测定了石墨、含30%TiB2功能材料和TiB2-C/C功能梯度阴极试样在接近铝电解使用条件下的电阻率。研究结果表明:添加TiB2功能过渡层可降低阴极试样的电阻率;电解后阴极试样的电阻率会有所增加,但添加过渡层会减少电解后阴极试样电阻率的增加幅度。

Determining the Electrical Resistance of TiB2-C/C Cathode Materials for Aluminum Reduction Cathode
Abstract:Electrical resistances of graphite, 30%TiB2 containing and TiB2-C/C cathode materials were determined under the conditions similar to the aluminum smelter. The results show that the electrical resistance can be reduced by inserting a TiB2 containing transition layer into the composite cathodes. The testing samples after aluminum electrolysis usually demonstrates a decrease in electrical resistances, while the transition layer can contribute to a lower electrica.
