酶助浸水、脱毛工艺的环境友好性研究-基于废液沉淀处理特性的评价

摘要:以传统化学浸水、脱毛工艺为对照,以沉淀速度、污泥体积、污染物 (悬浮固形物SS、总固形物TS、BOD5和COD)去除率和沉淀效率为指标,对酶助浸水、脱毛工艺废液(ESU废液)的沉淀处理特性进行了研究。结果表明,ESU废液比传统浸水、脱毛工艺废液具有更好的沉淀处理性。在较少絮凝剂用量条件下,ESU废液沉淀迅速,沉淀后污泥体积率小,同时具有更高的污染物去除率和沉淀效率。因此,从沉淀处理特性看,制革准备工段采用酶助浸水、脱毛工艺比传统的化学浸水、脱毛工艺具有更好的环境友好性。

Environmental Friendliness of Enzymatic Soaking and Unhairing Processes. Part 1: The Evaluation based on Settling Property of Wastewater
Abstract:Enzymatic soaking and unhairing (ESU) processes are encouraged and widely adopted in leather manufacture for the reason of environment protection. The objective of this series of researches is to evaluate the environmental friendliness of these processes not only based on the quantity of pollutants in wastewater, but also on the wastewater treatability such as the settling property and biodegradability. The chemical sedimentation behaviors of ESU wastewater and the wastewater collected from conventional soaking and unhairing (CSU) processes were investigated and compared with each other in this paper. The results show that ESU wastewater has better treatability in terms of settling velocity, pollutant removal and sludge volume, which indicates that enzymatic soaking and unhairing processes are more environmentally friendly compared with the conventional chemical processes.
