5A06铝合金TIG焊焊接接头疲劳强度试验研究

摘要:对10mm厚5A06铝合金板及其4种TIG焊焊接接头的疲劳性能进行研究。脉动循环(r=0)试验结果表明,在N=2×106循环次数下,5A06铝合金TIG焊对接接头、非承载纵向十字接头、侧面连接接头、非承载横向十字接头的疲劳强度分别为71MPa、41MPa、48MPa、57Mpa,分别达到母材疲劳强度的71%、41%、48%、57%。5A06铝合金母材、对接接头、非承载纵向十字接头、侧面连接接头、非承载横向十字接头的疲劳级别FAT值为71MPa、41MPa、48MPa、57Mpa,比较国际焊接学会(IIW)的标准,除了非承载横向十字接头疲劳级别FAT略低于国际焊接学会推荐值外,其余接头的疲劳级别FAT均高于推荐值,因此非承载横向十字接头应在疲劳设计时给予重视。通过断口分析,可知,5A06铝合金有明显的疲劳断口微观形貌,且由于塑性较好,最后断裂呈韧性断裂。

Study on Fatigue Strength of TIG Welded Joints of 5A06 Aluminium Alloys
Abstract:The fatigue strength of 5A06 aluminum alloy with 10 mm thickness and its welded joint by TIG welded are studied. The fatigue strength of 5A06 aluminum alloys are evaluated,when the coefficient of stress cycle is zero. under the condition of 2×106 cycles, the fatigue strength of the base metal is 100MPa and that of butt joint , longitudinal fillet joint,side-weld joint and transverse crossed joint are 71MPa、41MPa、48MPa、57Mpa, and it is about 71%、41%、48%、57% of that of the base metal, respectively. According to the standard of IIW,the FAT of the base metal is 52MPa and that of butt joint , longitudinal fillet joint,side-weld joint and transverse crossed joint are 36MPa、27MPa、33MPa、27MPa, and it is about 130%、113%、108%、185% and 96% of recommended value.
