山西省经济增长与环境污染水平的关系分析

摘要:本文以环境库兹涅茨曲线(EKC)的理论为基础,选取1996-2006年山西省的环境与经济统计数据,以工业废水排放量、废气排放量和固体废物产生量为环境指标,以人均GDP为经济指标,建立山西省经济增长与环境污染水平计量模型,进行回归分析。结果表明:山西省工业废水的排放量与人均GDP之间并未呈现典型的“倒U”型关系,而是呈“正N型”处在上升阶段,工业废气与工业固体废弃物排放量呈“倒U型”处在下降阶段。认为山西省必须加快转型现有的经济发展模式,发展循环经济是山西省实现经济与环境协调发展关键。

On the Relationship between EnvironmentalPollution and Economic Growth in Shanxi Province
Abstract:Based on the economic and environmentaldata in Shanxi Province in the period of1996-2006, three environmentindicators of the totalvolume of industrialwastewaterand gas discharged and the production volume of industrial solidwastes are selected as dependent factors. The PercapitaGDP is chosen as independent factor. A regression model is set up to analyze the relationship between economic growth and environmental changes. The results indicates that the relationship curves between economicgrowth and the total volume of industrialwastewater discharged are not consistentwith the traditionalEnvironmentalKuznetsCurve-Quadratic, but accorded with Cubic. And the regression curves of the total volume of industrialwastegas discharged takes an adverse U-shape. It is suggest that Shanxi Province change the transformation of existing economic development models as soon as possible , It is the key that circular economy realize the coordinated development between economy and the environment of Shanxi Province.
