利用水煤浆技术处理印染废水的实验研究

摘要:印染废水属于难处理的工业废水,具有水量大、有机污染物含量高、色度深、碱性大、水质变化大等特点。本文针对印染废水中大量的表面活性物质, 提出了利用水煤浆技术处理印染废水的新方法。利用精炼、染色和综合三种印染废水,研究了不使用化学添加剂时三种印染废水的成浆性规律,制备出了无化学添加剂的综合废水水煤浆;以及改变化学添加剂用量时,三种印染废水水煤浆浓度和粘度的变化关系,并制备出了含一定量化学添加剂的染色和精炼废水水煤浆。文章最后阐述了利用水煤浆技术处理印染废水是可行性的。

Experiment on using of coal-water slurry technology of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment
Abstract:Printing and dyeing wastewater are intractable industrial waste water, with water, and high content of organic pollutants, colority deep, alkaline, and water quality variation and so on. In this paper, printing and dyeing wastewater in a large number of surface active substances, the use of coal-water slurry technology to deal with new methods of printing and dyeing wastewater. The use of refining, dyeing and printing and dyeing wastewater integrated three studied does not use chemical additives in three hours of printing and dyeing wastewater slurryability laws, prepared without chemical additives comprehensive wastewater CWS; and change the amount of chemical additives, the three printing and dyeing wastewater coal slurry concentration and viscosity changes in relationships, and prepared with a certain amount of chemical additives in dyeing and refining wastewater CWS. Finally article described the use of coal-water slurry technology of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment are feasibility.
