微管道内溶液的等效电阻与外加电压相关性的研究

摘要:本文搭建测量微米级管道内溶液电阻的测量平台,研究微管道内溶液的等效电阻,建立了在直流小电压作用下,微管内溶液的等效电阻与外加电压的相互关系,结果表明在一定的电压范围内,微管内溶液的等效电阻与施加在两端的电压近似成反比例关系,随着电压值的增大,等效电阻值迅速减少,最后稳定在某一恒定阻值,该阻值近似为对应本体溶液的电阻值。研究结果表明在直流小电压作用下,电解质溶液的电解及电极化作用对溶液的等效电阻有重要的影响,随着电压的增大,这种影响会迅速减少,临界点电压为4~6V。

Investigation on the relationship between the equivalent resistance of the solution in microtubes and the applied voltage
Abstract:A test rig is set up to measure the equivalent resistance of the solution in micro and nano tubes. The equivalent resistance for a set of microtubes with diameter ranging from 10 micrometer to 500 micrometer is measured. The experimental results show that: the value of the equivalent resistance of the solution was in inverse proportion to the voltage that applied on the two ends. It rapidly decreased to a constant value with the increase of the applied voltage. The constant value approximately equals the resistance of the corresponding bulk solution. It was considered that the electrolysis and the electric polarization of the solution had an important influence on the equivalent resistance of the solution in the microtubes when DC voltage is applied on the tubes.. The critical voltage at which the equivalent resistance decreases to the value for the bulk solution is about 4~6V.
