乙醇对金黄色葡萄球菌生物被膜的作用

摘要:本实验研究了金黄色葡萄球菌生物被膜对常见杀菌剂乙醇的敏感性。实验结果表明,乙醇浓度、胰酶大豆肉汤(TSB)培养基浓度、作用时间均能影响抑制病原菌生物被膜,乙醇抑制生物被膜细菌生长的最佳条件为:乙醇浓度70%(v/v),处理时间40 min,TSB浓度为0(w/v)。本文给出了一种可以短暂抑制生物被膜生长的方法。建议食品加工企业在日常消毒时,一定要有效去除附于加工设备表面尤其是死角处的有机营养物质。选用适当浓度的乙醇作为清洁剂,抑制生物被膜生长,保证小型加工用具表面的清洁。

Effect of Ethanol on Saphylococcus aureus Biofilm
Abstract:The sensitivity of Staphylococcus aureus bioflims to ethanol which is a common bactericide was studied. According to the results, the germicidal efficacy was influenced by the concentration of ethanol, concentration of Tryptone Soy Broth(TSB)culture medium and contact time of bacatericide. The optimal treatment for inhibition of the growth of pathogenic bacteria bioflims by ethanol was: ethanol concentration of 70%(v/v), contact time of 40 min and in 0%(w/v)TSB. A new method which can inhibit biofilm growth temporarily was founded in this paper. One suggestion which was given to the food company is that effective cleaning of the organic materials especially on the corner is quite necessary. Besides, using the solution with suitable ethanol concentration can inhibit the biofilm growth, so that protecting the cleanness of the small facilities used in the plant.
