摘要:在数控卷簧机上卷绕异形弹簧时,机床的布局需要手工进行,加工效率低。本文利用基于实例推理技术(CBR)开发了异形弹簧数控卷绕工艺的自动生成系统,通过检索与修改以往相似的异形弹簧卷绕工艺方案,生成所要加工的异形弹簧的工装布局及加工程序,从而为提高数控卷簧的自动化程度和生产效率提供了新的途径。

The setup of coiling process for CNC coiler using case-based reasoning
Abstract:When producing special-shape spring in CNC spring coiler, the setup of the coiler is often a manual work using a trial-and-error method. In order to solve this problem, a automatic generation system of setup for CNC coiler using CBR is developed in this article. The system can generate the setup of the coiler through retrieving and modifying the past successful setup case. The proposed method also provided a new way to the improvement of automaticity and production efficiency of the spring’s coiling.
