长时间运动中枢疲劳发生机制的研究

摘要:通过检索中文期刊全文数据和Springlink数据库, 对长时间运动中枢疲劳的发生机制进行综合性分析。资料表明:5-HT、DA、Ach、氨基酸类等神经递质影响着中枢神经系统(CNS)发送和维持足够的神经冲动,成为疲劳产生的可能机制;此外,运动时CNS 产生的一些小分子物质:如氨、细胞素、TGF –β、NO、酶类等物质,与长时间运动中枢疲劳的产生密切相关。本研究为今后人们对运动性中枢疲劳发生机制的研究提供参考。

A Study on Central Fatigue Mechanisms of Long Time Sports
Abstract:Comprehensive analysis on the central mechanisms of fatigue a long time exercise by seaching Chinese Journal Full-text data and Springlink database. The materials show: 5 - HT, DA, Ach, amino acid etc neurotransmitter affects the central nervous system (CNS) and maintain enough nerve impulses, become possible mechanisms of fatigue, In addition, the motion of a few CNS molecules closely related to long time of central fatigue such as ammonia, cytokines, TGF - beta, NO, enzymes etc. This study provides references for the future research of exercise-induced fatigue central mechanism.
