月球车车轮与模拟月壤相互作用试验研究

摘要:设计搭建了深空探测车车轮牵引特性试验台,制备了轮土试验用模拟月壤,在土槽中进行了模拟月壤的整备,重塑了就位月壤的力学特性。对不同轮齿类型的刚性车轮进行了牵引特性试验,分析了轮下模拟月壤的剪切破坏和车轮行驶阻力的表现形式,获得了车轮的牵引特性参数,对不同轮齿类型车轮的牵引性能进行了比较,并讨论了轮上载荷、轮齿高度、轮齿数目、车轮转速等对车轮牵引特性的影响。

Research on the interaction between lunar rover wheel and lunar soil simulant by experiment
Abstract:A tractive performance test-bed for wheel of planetary rover was designed and manufactured. Lunar soil simulant for wheel-soil experiment was prepared. Preparation of lunar simulant on soilbin was accomplished and mechanical properties of in-situ lunar soil were remodeled. Tractive performance experiment for wheel of different lug types was conducted, based on which failure of lunar soil simulant and travelling resistance of wheel ware analyzed and parameters of tractive performance of wheel were obtained. Finally Tractive performance for wheel of different lug types were compared and the effect of wheel load, lug height, lug number, wheel rotate speed on tractive performeance were discussed.
