水热法合成石墨相氮化碳

摘要:以酰氯氰脲(C3N3Cl3)和叠氮化钠(NaN3)作为前驱物,采用水热合成办法,制备出石墨相氮化碳体材料。通过元素分析、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS),对其元素组成和键合状态等方面进行了表征。元素分析给出了合成样品内部各元素的含量和元素之间的比值。XRD进一步证实了合成的样品是结晶的石墨相氮化碳。FTIR和XPS给出了合成的石墨相氮化碳内部氮原子和碳原子的主要键合状态。

Hydrothermal Synthesis of Graphitic Carbon Nitride
Abstract:Hydrothermal synthesis method between cyanuric chloride (C3N3Cl3) and sodium azide (NaN3) was used to prepare graphitic carbon nitride. The samples were characterized by using elemental analysis, X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) in parallel. Elemental analysis gives internal content of various elements in the samples and the ratio between the elements. XRD further confirmed the synthetic samples are crystalline graphitic carbon nitride. FTIR spectrum implied the existence of C-N and C=N bonds. XPS analysis also revealed the existence of sp2 C-N bonds in the final products.
