天然气管线中清管器非稳态运动模型

摘要:在输气管线的生产运行中,广泛应用清管器清除管线中的水合物及天然气凝液。目前国内外关于清管器运动模型的资料不多,已有的清管器运动模型大多建立在稳态和准稳态假设的基础上,而实际的清管过程是一个非稳态的过程,应用现有的清管器运动模型具有很大的局限性。在实际的生产管理中,对清管器类型的选取、运行速度及其所需要的驱动压力大多凭经验猜测,因此急需要对清管器在管线中的运动规律进行深入的理论研究。本文介绍了一种输气管线清管器非稳态的运动模型,在该模型中,应用特征线对气体的状态方程、连续性方程、动量守恒方程、能量方程流体联合求解得到清管时气体瞬时压力;应用Runge-kutta数学方法对动量方程求解可以得到上述微分方程初始值和清管器的动量方程解,进而得到清管器非稳态运动模型。

Unsteady modeling of Pig Operations in Natural Gas Pipeline
Abstract:In the production and management of the natural gas pipelines, the pigging are widely used to remove the condense and the gas hydrates. At present, the data of the pigging mobile modeling is not much ,the existing modeling of the pigging operation are mostly created on the steady state or quasi-steady state, however, in fact ,the process of the cleaning the pipelines is not steady. therefore these existing modeling is applied limitedly, selecting the best pig, estimating its speed and required driving pressure, often involves some guesswork on experience. Hence, it is necessary to deeply study the theory of the pigging mobile modeling. In the paper, the pigging mobile modeling under the unsteady state condition is introduced. In this modeling To obtain the unsteady gas pressure, equations of mass, momentum, energy, state of gas are solved simultaneously by the method of characteristics (MOC) on computer program; The Runge-Kutta method is used for solving the momentum equations of gas to get the initial values of the above differential equations and dynamic equation of the pig in order to the unsteady state model of pigging.
