摘要:本文提出了一种高精度高效率的、适用与低电压供电的片上电流采样电路,使用无运放结构,降低了采样电路的功耗和设计难度,并且利用简单的开关来达到了高速采样的目的。该采样电路基于TSMC 0.35um CMOS工艺实现,在DC/DC变换器负载电流从60mA到1300mA范围内,温度范围-25℃~100℃,采样精度高于91.1%,最大采样精度达到99.1%。

Design of A High Accuracy CMOS Current Sensing Circuit with Low-Voltage Supply
Abstract: In this paper, a high accuracy, low-voltage CMOS on chip current sensing technique is presented. The proposed current sensing circuit has no operation amplifier, so that it would not decrease the power efficiency and reduce the difficulty of circuit. And the circuit uses simple switch technique to achieve high accuracy. The circuit is fabricated in TSMC 0.35μm CMOS process, the accuracy of proposed current sensing circuit is higher than 91.1% and maximum accuracy is 99.1% for load current from 60 to 1300mA and for temperature from -25℃ to 100℃.
