强制解冻融沉注浆在地铁联络通道施工中的应用

摘要:地铁联络通道冻结法加固施工后,冻土体的自然解冻过程非常缓慢,随着解冻时间的延长,地表沉降量较大。为加快解冻过程,减少解冻中的融沉量,本文结合上海地铁M8线施工实例,介绍了强制解冻结合融沉注浆在地铁联络通道冻结法施工中的应用。文中重点介绍了强制解冻施工的四个操作步骤,即:结构注浆、拔除部分冻结管、盐水管路连接和解冻分区、融沉注浆。通过对冻结区域温度场的监测,控制热盐水循环系统,从而控制解冻的速度及均匀性;同时根据对地面沉降的监测,控制和调整注浆量的变化,从而达到控制和减小地面沉降的作用。从工程的顺利进行来看,此工法解决了工期及融沉的不利影响,提高了城市地下工程冻结法施工的优越性,是地下工程冻结法施工的有益补充。

The Application of Artificial Thawing Method in the Freezing Construction of Subway Connection Passage
Abstract:After the project that subway connecting passage reinforced by freezing method finished,the freezed soil thawing slowly,and land displacement resulting from thawing settlement is very large. In order to speed up the process and reduce thawing settlement,this paper introduce the artificial thawing method which was applied to the connection passage project of subway M8 line in Shanghai. This paper focuses on the construction of the four steps in artificial thawing method: structural grouting, removingl part of the freezing pipes, brine line connections and thawing zoning and thawing grouting. By monitoring the temperature field of freezing regional, control the hot salt water circulation system, then control the speed of thawing and uniformity. At the same time, based on the ground settlement monitoring, control and adjustment grouting volume changes to control and reduce surface subsidence. From an engineering point of view successfully carried out, this method reduced the adverse effects of thawing settlement and shortened the construction period, improveing the superiority of city construction of underground project by freezing method. This method is a useful complement to construction of underground project by freezing method.
