模糊综合评价在施工项目进度风险评估的应用

摘要:针对房地产项目施工过程中进度存在的风险源多、涉及面广的特点及其风险评价是集体决策、定性分析与定量研究相结合的过程,本文基于层次分析与模糊综合评价相结合的方法,从施工管理、环境因素和其它方面三方面建立了房地产项目施工过程进度风险指标体系,运用层次分析法确定各因素相对于目标层的权重,从而用模糊综合评价的方法,对风险进行综合评价。

Application of Method of Fuzzy Comprehensive for Engineering Progress Risk of Construction Project
Abstract:According to the characteristic of multi-cause and wide range of engineering progress risk existed in the construction project as well as the process of risk evaluation through the collective decision, and the qualitative analysis combining with quantitative research, this paper established the risk index system in three aspects: construction management, environmental aspects and others. The first step is using AHP to confirm the weight relative of every factor, and then it can carry on comprehensive appraisal to the risk by way of fuzzy comprehensive appraisal.
