摘要:随着我国信息产业的快速发展,AVS 标准应运而生。作为我国自主知识产权的数字音视频编码标准,AVS标准与H.264和MPEG-4标准代表了目前最先进的视频编码技术。而AVS标准较后两者有算法复杂度低和专利池授权模式简单等特点,这是 AVS应用的优势。 本文介绍了AVS标准视频部分在视频监控系统中的应用,设计了基于 AVS解码的视频监控服务器软件,给出了视频监控系统的结构组成,介绍了网络接收,解码和显示等关键环节。

Design and Implement of Video Monitor System
Abstract:With the rapid development of information industry in China, AVS standard is promulgated. As one of the second generation source coding standards, AVS as well as H.264 and MPEG-4 stands for the most advanced video coding technology at present. Compared to H.264 and MPEG-4, AVS is predominant because of lower algorithm complexity and having proprietary intellectual property rights. The implement of AVS video part in video monitor system is researched. And the video monitor sever software based on AVS decoding technology is designed in this thesis. The structure of a video monitor system and it’s key parts such as network , decoding and show are introduced.
