废旧聚氨酯弹性体在HAAKE转矩流变仪中的磷酸酯降解研究

摘要:本文采用磷酸三丁酯为降解剂,在HAAKE(哈克)转矩流变仪中对热固性的废旧聚氨酯弹性体进行降解反应,直接得到热塑性的聚氨酯弹性体。研究了降解反应温度、废旧聚氨酯弹性体与磷酸三丁酯的比例对降解反应的影响。通过对降解产物的凝胶渗透色谱表征,对废旧聚氨酯弹性体在HAAKE转矩流变仪中的降解过程进行了分析,实验结果证明了方法的有效性。

Study of the degradation of polyurethane elastomer by phosphate using the HAAKE torque rheometer
Abstract:Tributyl phosphate agent for the degradation in the HAAKE torque rheometer on the thermosetting polyurethane elastomer used for degradation, directly thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer. Study on the degradation reaction temperature, polyurethane elastomer used and the ratio of tributyl phosphate on the degradation reaction. The degradation products for GPC characterization, analysis of the polyurethane elastomer used in the HAAKE rheometer torque in the process of degradation.
