教育部直属高校学费标准的仿真研究

摘要:本文在认定学费的合理性与社会效益的极大化间存在着正相关关系的基础上,将“社会效益”赋权细化为学生培养质量、社会公平度及家庭满意度三项指标,并且通过学生入学的动态仿真模拟系统,建立各指标与学费间的函数关联,得到了初步的“学费——效益”模型,最终引入“国家扶贫助学政策”、“城乡经济差异”,“专业特性”三个修正因子对初步模型进行了修正,得到了最终模型。该模型的预测结果与实际情况较为符合。此外,本文最后针对起初的模型提出了进一步改进的思路,并阐明该课题今后的研究方向。

The Simulation Research of Tuition Standard of Universities under the Direct Control of the Ministry of Education
Abstract:At the foundation of positive correlation in tuition rationality and social-benefit maximization, this essay, is going to detail the “Social Benefit” into 3 indexes: the quality of training student, the degree of social equity, and the degree of family satisfaction. It has been put into test and passed the artificial simulation system of the trends that students enter school. Through this study, we have set up the function relation among every index and tuition, and then established the preliminary “Tuition-Benefit” model. Finally, the terminal model comes into being after the introduction of “Policy of National Poverty Alleviation Gives Financial Aid to Students”, “Urban and Rural Economies Differences” and Professionalism”, the three revision factors, which were applied to revise the preliminary model. The anticipated result of this model is in accord with the actual conditions to the large extent. In addition, at the end of the essay, we also propose the further improved thinking to the original model, and expound the future research direction of this subject.
