闸门局部开启下底空腔水力特性的研究

摘要:本文对泄洪洞突扩突跌中底板和底空腔的研究。试验研究在糯扎渡水电站工程右岸泄洪洞水工模型上进行的,在工作闸门四种典型开度下,对5个不同水位进行试验,研究出口底板压力,空腔压力分布情况,对空腔压力、压力峰值和压力点、压力峰值发生点位置进行归一处理,在四种不同开度基本满足同一拟合曲线;在四种典型开度下,底空腔长度的确定跟压力峰值发生位置成一定比例关系,关系系数可跟闸门相对开度建立关系,基本呈一线性关系;以上这些研究对跌坎式掺气设施的发挥掺气功能有一定的意义,对影响底空腔能否掺气充分减少底板的空蚀破坏有深远意义。

Studying on bottom cavity of hydraulic characteristics with the partial opening of the working gate
Abstract: It studies the bottom plate and bottom cavity with a large vertical drop and sudden lateral enlargement of discharge tunnel in this paper. The experiment based on hydraulic model of right rank discharge tunnel of NuoZaDu hydropower station. With four opening of the working gate and five different water levels, it studies the bottom pressure of outlet opening tunnel and cavity pressure, it unifies the cavity pressure, peak pressure and pressure position, peak pressure position. And the result is suitable for a fitting curve. With four opening of the working gate, bottom cavity length is ratio relation to peak pressure position in partial opening,the coefficient is relation to gate relative opening, and it is approximately linear. The great significance is that studying the aerator with a sudden lateral enlargement, while it has a great significance in aeration fully and cavitation damage.
