移动商务商业模式构建及价值网形成机理研究

摘要:在深入分析商业模式构建的理论和方法的基础上,基于Osterwalder提出的商业模式模版,Faber等提出的SOFT商业模式框架,提出了一个改进的商务模式模型,包括服务供应网络、产品/服务、客户和财务四个组成模块。以这一模型为基础,结合移动商务的特点,以用户为核心构建了移动商务商业模式,重点研究了服务提供网络模块,分析了移动商务价值网形成的机理,设计了由三个层次集成的移动商务价值网络体系。基于中国移动商务各参与主体的情况和特点,分析了目前中国移动商务商业模式的发展现状和趋势。

Research on Business Model and the Formation Mechanism of Value Network of Mobile Commerce
Abstract:According to the theories and methods of business model, an improved framework of business model is designed on the basis of Osterwalder’s business model ontology and Faber’s SOFT business model. Service Support Network, Products/Services, Customers and Finance consist of the business model. Based on this framework, combined with the characteristics of mobile commerce, the business model of mobile commerce is designed and the operating process of mobile commerce is analyzed. According to the theory that the customers are the core of service industry, we deduce the actors in the mobile commerce value network are customers to each other, so the value network is come into being. Then we proposed an integrated value network system of mobile commerce which is made up of three-layers--- integrated business platform, mobile commerce supporting system and mobile commerce integrated ecosystem system. At last, according to the situation of mobile commerce actors in China, we analyze the development trend of business model of mobile commerce in China, and give some advice on the management tactics and development strategy
