基于SEM的电子政务公众满意度测评研究

摘要:电子政务的最终目标是向公众提供更加完善和便捷的服务,因此用公众满意来评价电子政务服务质量最具有意义。本文通过借鉴美国顾客满意度指数模型,运用结构方程模型的相关理论对满意度进行分析,构建了适合我国国情的电子政务公众满意度模型,并通过实证研究对模型进行检验。

Research on Measurement of E-Government public Satisfaction Evaluation based on Structural Equation Model
Abstract:The final target of E-government is providing consummate and convenient service for public, thus using public satisfaction to evaluate the service quality of e-government is the mostly significant. According to the American Customer Satisfaction Index and relative theories of Structure Equation Model, the paper constructs the E-government public satisfaction index model. Finally, the model is proved by experimental research.
