人工肝血液流变学与整合表面织构的研究

摘要:人工肝已发展半个世纪,但国内仍未拥有自主开发的人工肝系统。本文对血液流变学、表面织构和界面动力学三个方面的研究综述国内外的研究进展,讨论人工肝设计中尚存的问题。从摩擦学角度研究血液与人工肝纤维表面的相互作用的界面问题。应研究血液流动过程中的范德华力、毛细管力和静电力等对细胞流动和黏附时间的影响。计入纤维壁的粘弹性变形和血液非牛顿体特性分析分子血液流变学。研究仿生表面织构并主动设计界面织构,分析整合表面织构的摩擦学优化设计及其界面动力学。

Review of Blood Rheology and Integrated Surface Texture of Artificial Liver
Abstract:The concept of artificial liver system was presented a half century ago; however China still cannot design and manufacture such practical clinic system. The state-of-the art of artificial liver system was reviewed in three aspects, namely blood rheology, surface texture and interface dynamics, and the problems to be studied in the future were proposed. The inter-action between the fiber surface and blood would be studied in terms of tribology, and the Van der Waals force, capillary force and electrostatic force during the blood flow process would be analyzed with viewpoint to cell flow and adhesion time; the molecular blood rheology would be studied with consideration of wall elastic-viscous deformation and the non-Newtonian rheological performance; the bionic integrated surface texture and active design of the texture would be examined to optimize the textures and interface dynamics.
