活性炭反冲洗工艺对出水颗粒物影响要素研究

摘要:依托水厂的实际水处理工艺和活性炭深度处理试验装置,针对于活性炭装置的气水反冲洗方式和相应参数,以反冲后活性炭装置正常运行出水中>2μm的颗粒数作为主要指标,采用正交试验进行出水颗粒数的结果分析。试验结果表明,气水联合反冲洗方式中影响因素主次为气冲强度—气冲时间—水冲强度—水冲时间,气水混合反冲洗方式中影响因素主次为气冲强度-水冲强度-联合时间,且气水混合反冲洗方式对>2μm的颗粒物的平均去除率大于气水联合反冲洗方式,分别为62.2%和44.7%,不同反冲洗参数中对>2μm颗粒物去除率最高的参数为气冲强度为10L/(㎡•s),水冲强度12L/(㎡•s),时间10min。

Study on the factors of backwash act on particles in the water of activated carbon filter
Abstract:combining with the water treatment establishment and activated carbon equipment, the experiment focus on the different backwash methods and parameter of activated carbon equipment, Take the amount of particulate which size over 2μm as the major guideline, and analysis result with orthogonal test. the result show that the most important factor of air-water backwash is air scour strength, then time of air scour—water backwash strength—time of water backwash, the most important factor of air combined with water is air scour strength, then water backwash strength—time of combining , and air combined with water backwash is better than air-water backwash in particulate wiping off ratio, the average wiping rate of two different backwash methods are 62.2% and 44.7%. according to result, the best parameter of backwash is air scour strength is 10L/(㎡•s),water rush strength is 12L/(㎡•s),the combined backwash time is 10min.
