摘要:通过批实验考察了不同的生物影响因素对纳米铁-微生物耦合体系去除硝酸盐速率和生成产物NH4+ 的影响。结果表明,随着C/N增大,耦合体系去除硝酸盐的速率增加,但生成的NH4+基本没有变化;磷酸盐对耦合体系去除硝酸盐速率和生成NH4+几乎没有影响;硫酸盐在耦合体系中作为一种电子受体,与硝酸盐竞争电子,随着硫酸盐浓度增加,反应速率降低, NH4+的比例下降。

The effect factors of the nitrate reduction by nanoscale iron particles integrated with microorganisms (II)
Abstract:An integrated nanoscale zero valent iron (NZVI)-cell system was proposed to remove nitrate in underground water. Nitrate reduction under different biological effect factors was investigated. Based on results from batch experiments, it was found that as the C/N increased, the nitrate removal rate increased. However, little influence was observed on the production of ammonium. Both the removal rate and the production were not affected by the phosphate concentration. In the integrated system, sulfate can also utilize electron, in which compete with nitrate for the electron. With the sulfate concentration increasing, both the rate of nitrate reduction and the production of ammionum decreased.
