生脉饮正丁醇部位高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究

摘要:建立生脉饮正丁醇部位高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱。方法 采用梯度洗脱法对生脉饮进行HPLC测定,流动相为乙腈-水梯度洗脱,流速为0.6ml﹒min-1,检测波长为203nm。结果 运用梯度洗脱能较好的分离生脉饮正丁醇部位的主要成分,标准指纹图谱由17个特征峰组成。结论 建立生脉饮HPLC指纹图谱分析法为生脉饮的质量评价奠定了基础。

The Reseach on HPLC Fingerprint of N-butanol Extract of shengmaiyin
Abstract:Objectiv To establish the HPLC fingerprint of n-butanol extract of laboratory-made shengmaiyin. Method The separation was carried out on a Diamonsil C18 column(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),with a moble phase of acetonitrile-water at a flow rate of 0.6 ml﹒min-1,and UV detection was performed under 203nm with 25℃ as the column temperature. Results The main component of n-butanol extract of shengmaiyin can be well separated by using gradient elution,the standard HPLC fingerprint consists of 17 Characteristic peaks. Conclusion The HPLC fingerprint analytical method has been established and it will lay the foundation for the quality evaluation of shengmaiyin.
