培训行业电话营销研究

摘要:在激烈的市场竞争中,电话营销作为一种能够帮助企业获取更多利润的营销模式,因其普遍性、及时性、互动性、经济性,正在为越来越多的培训机构所采用。但在实际工作中,电话营销也出现了很多不尽人意的问题,给企业和客户带来了很多的困惑和烦恼。本文通过自己在培训行业的亲身经历,总结了电话营销的历史与现状、机会与威胁,在汲取他人经验和自己的实际体验的基础上,归纳了一些方法,比如重视员工的培训、数据库的运用、营销方式的整合等,借助这样方法来提高企业的管理水平和工作效率,使电话营销能够更长久、更有效地为企业服务。

On the training industry telemarketing research
Abstract:In the highly competitive market, telemarketing as a marketing model of helping enterprises to make more profit because of the immediate nature, universality, economic, reciprocal, convenient, are increasingly used by many training institutions. But in practice, telephone marketing also had many problems, brought enterprise and customers a lot of confusion and annoyance. According to my experience, I summarized the history and present situation of telephone marketing, opportunities and threats. Based on others experience and myself’ experience, I sorted out some methods, for example, pay attention to employee training, application of database and integrate marketing methods, using these methods to improve the management level and work efficiency of enterprises, make telephone marketing can provide longer and more effectively service for the enterprise.
