岩盐溶腔中渗漏对温度、压力的影响分析

摘要:为研究原油岩盐储库的渗流对储库温度场分布、压力变化的具体影响,本文以对岩盐渗流场与温度场进行耦合分析,结合工程中广泛采用的半经验公式结合具体算例对所研究问题建立模型进行试算。结果表明,岩盐的可渗透性相对原油的储存考虑较为安全;对于计算储库溶腔附近渗流场可不考虑温度影响,并以此为基础得出了渗流对溶腔压力变化的影响计算方法,证明了储存过程中少量的渗透会平衡一部分由于岩盐蠕变和溶腔内流体温度升高而引起的溶腔压力增加。在设计岩盐地下油库时应考虑由于渗透所引起的压力变化,对于安全运行、降低成本具有重要意义。

Study on the effect of permeability of salt cavern used for SPR
Abstract:The effect of permability of salt on sealing performance, temperature field and the pressure change in salt cavern were discussed. Heat transfer theory , permeation fluid mechanics and semi-emperical formula was used to model and calculate and the result shows that seepage field could be calculated without coupling with temperature field. In this way, pressure change in cavern caused by seepage flow was got, which proved that even tiny losses of fluid can significantly lessen the effect of cavern creep and heat expension of fluid and prevent cavern pressure from reaching high level. Upon reviewing these results, seepage flow must been considered for the safty and economical efficiency of the SPR design and operation.
