辽河油田小站节能技术措施探讨

摘要:本文主要针对目前油田小区块采稠油 “油罐加热暂储,等待车辆外输”的运行模式进行分析。这一过程中油罐中稠油的暂时存储存在巨大的能源浪费。本文对石油的暂时存储从油井输油管的保温加热、外输前油罐稠油升温加热和等待输油车的恒温加热三个方面提出了优化的措施,并对节能的经济性进行了定量分析,同时提出了油罐加热-外输管理的“管控一体化”方案。估计对运用此综合的经济运行模式预计可以对能源的利用率至少提高30%。

Technical Study of Energy-saving Measure for Small Regions in Liaohe Oilfield
Abstract:This paper analyzes the operation model of the thick oil extraction in small regions for most oilfields. During the heating process of thick oil, a large amount of energy is still wasted. The paper proposes an economic operation model with high efficiency and discusses the available measures in respect of control and management in order to reduce the fiscal expenditure. Three optimal measures into the heating and storage process were introduced. These include the optimizations of the heat preservation for oil delivery pipes, temperature-rise period of thick oil in the oil tank and its process of heating for constant temperature. A quantitative analysis of economical efficiency for energy saving was made and it was shown that the utilization ratio of energy can be improved by a minimum of 30% with such an integrative and economic operation model.
