改性天然高分子降滤失剂的研究应用

摘要:本文介绍了国内水溶性改性天然高分子作为石油钻井液降滤失剂的研究概况,把目前水溶性高分子在降滤失剂的应用情况分为六大类: 纤维素类、木质素类、淀粉类、褐煤类、腐殖酸类、单宁类。其中纤维素、淀粉类通过接枝共聚、交联等反应能使抗盐性、抗温性得到提高,还开发了具有成本低、性能相近的羧甲基纤维素与淀粉接枝产品及抗温、抗盐、抗污染能力更强的改性纤维素PPL;木质素类和腐殖酸类通过接枝或化学改性后得到新的滤失剂的抗盐、抗污染能力得到增强,抗盐达到饱和,抗温达到200℃。此外,对近年来有代表性和针对性的这几类高分子降失水剂在主要成分、主要使用体系以及性能等方面进行了详细介绍,最后对我国现有的改性天然高分子降滤失剂的研究情况作了总结并指出了今后钻井液降滤失剂的研究和发展方向。

Research and application of modified natural polymer fluid loss additive
Abstract: The researches on domestic water-soluble modified natural polymeric drilling fluid loss additive were introduced in this paper, and which can be divided into six categories, i.e., cellulose, lignin, starch, lignite, Humic Acid and tannin. Where the salt resistance and thermal stability of cellulose and starch were enhanced by graft copolymerization or crosslinking reaction, and the modified cellulose (PPL) with the lower cost and better performances obtained by CMC grafted with starch has been developed; in addition, a novel fluid losing agent can be obtained by grafting or chemical modification of lignin and Humic Acid, which salt resistance and contamination resistance were improved: salt resistance was up to saturation and temperature tolerance up to 200℃. Additionally, the progress in research on some representative and pertinence water-soluble polymeric fluid losing agent in recent years was also introduced in detail and summarized.
