一种两阶段制造单元划分方法

摘要:单元化制造是提高制造系统生产效率的重要途径,单元划分方法是单元化制造研究的重要问题之一。本文用加工成本来描述同类型多台机床的不同加工性能,提出了一种两阶段制造单元划分方法,首先根据工艺相似性和机床数量约束将零件划分为零件组;然后以成本最小化为目标将机床分配到零件组,进而完成制造单元的划分。针对第一阶段零件分组问题,设计了一种基于工艺相似性的启发式算法;针对第二阶段机床优化分配问题,建立了以制造系统加工成本最小化为目标函数的整数规划模型。最后通过实例对本文提出的方法进行了验证。

A Two-Stage Method for the formation of Manufacturing Cells
Abstract:Cellular manufacturing is an important way of improving the productivity of the manufacturing system. Manufacturing cell formation method is one of the important issues in the study of cellular manufacturing system. By describing the different manufacturing performance of the same kind of machines by machining cost, this paper proposes a two-stage method for the formation of manufacturing cells, which first divides parts into part groups according to the process similarity and the constraint of machine quantity, and then distributes machines to every part group to complete the formation of manufacturing cells. A heuristic algorithm based process similarity is designed for the parts grouping problem in the first stage. An integer programming model whose objective function based on minimizing the machining cost of the manufacturing system is formed for the machine optimizing distribution problem in the second stage. Finally, the proposed method is validated by an example.
