三角形联结自耦变压器结构参数分析

摘要:在多脉波整流电路中,针对隔离变压器等效容量大、体积大、重量大的问题,使用了自耦变压器。阐明了自耦变压器12脉波整流电路工作原理;采用分段解析的方法,得出了交流侧的电流波形,并对整流器输入电流进行了傅氏级数分解,推导了自耦变压器延边绕组和整流器输入电流总谐波畸变率的关系,并进行了相应的实验,验证了理论分析的正确性,为初级绕组三角形联结的自耦变压器设计提供依据。与传统的12脉波隔离变压器相比,该种变压器次级绕组匝数相等,变压器漏抗相同,具有较好的输入特性,并可降低系统的成本和体积,有良好的应用前景。

Configuration Parameters Analysis of △-Connection Autotransformer
Abstract:In a multi-pulse rectifier system, in order to avoid the problem of isolated transformers, such as, big equivalent capacity, large size and weight, it is necessary to use autotransformer. This paper presents the operation principle of 12-pulse autotransformer rectifier system. The line current waveform is obtained via sub-analytic methods; and the input current of rectifiers is processed by the Fourier series decomposition. The relation between extended winding and total harmonic distortion (THD) of input line current is derived, which would provide the basis for designing the autotransformer of the primary windings connected in triangular. Compared with the traditional 12-pulse transformer, the autotransformer using the designing methodology has the same turns of second windings and the same leakage inductance, and can significantly reduce the size and cost of the system. Some experiments are carried out to valid the correctness of designing.
