瑜伽运动影响湖南女大学生心理的研究

摘要:瑜伽运动是一项老少皆宜的健身运动并以其自身的魄力被越来越多的女大学生所喜欢。本文运用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,以进行瑜伽练习半年以上的160名湖南女大学生为调查对象,在阐述瑜伽特点基础上,并结合分析湖南女大学生参加健身活动的心理特点,从瑜伽的体位、呼吸、冥想等角度理论分析瑜伽运动对湖南女大学生的影响,并结合实践结果支撑分析,提出瑜伽运动能稳定湖南女大学生的自主神经、缓解和释放精神压力,培养湖南女大学生高雅气质,增强沟通意识,提高自信心,同时为树立终身体育意识打下基础。我做此论文研究是期望提高湖南女大学生对瑜伽的认识,为更好地指导湖南女大学生进行心理锻炼提供依据

Abstract:The yoga movement is a health sport good for both young and old. And its own resolution by a growing number of female college students like.This article has utilized the literature material law, the questionnaire survey procedure, the mathematical method of average. Take carries on the yoga to practice a half year above 160 Hunan female university student as the investigation object . In elaboration yoga characteristic foundation, and the joint analysis Hunan female university student participates in the building activities the psychological characteristic .From the yoga body posture, the breath, contemplate and so on angles ,theoretical analysis yoga movement to Hunan female university student\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\
