氧化钙对铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)生长的影响

摘要:采用固体氧化钙添加到铜绿微囊藻的培养基中,观察其对生长增殖的影响,通过叶绿素a含量的检测来确定铜绿微囊藻的生长状况。在最终浓度高于2×10-4 g/ml时,氧化钙是很有效果的灭藻剂。氧化钙在水中主要以钙离子和OH-形式存在。观察检测钙离子以及pH值对铜绿微囊藻的影响时发现,在一定的浓度范围内,钙离子对其生长没有明显的作用而pH对其生长有较大的影响,研究发现在铜绿微囊藻的生长过程中,高pH可抑制铜绿微囊藻的生长。并进一步研究铜绿微囊藻对不同pH环境的调节作用。可认为使用高pH化合物作为杀藻剂,为今后治理水华提供一条可能的治理手段。

The influence of Calcium oxide, different concentrations of calcium to the Microcystis aeruginosa growth
Abstract:Effects of calcium oxide on the growth and proliferation of Microcystis aeruginosa is measured by adding calcium oxide into the medium of Microcystis aeruginosa and detecting the production of chlorophyll a. At the the concentration of 2 × 10-4 g / ml or higher, calcium oxide can effectively inhibit the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa. In water, calcium oxide exists mainly in the form of calcium cation and hydroxyl. Through measuring the amount of calcium cation and pH, it is discovered that in a certain range of concentration, calcium cations do not affect the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa, while pH level significantly influence Microcystis aeruginosa proliferation. High pH inhibits the growth and proliferation of Microcystis aeruginosa. In addition,we study the regulation of Microcystis aeruginosa in different circumstances of pH . We suggest that compounds with high pH have the potential use of restraining Microcystis aeruginosa progression and preventing water bloom in the future.
