ZnO纳米结构薄膜的水热法制备

摘要:低温条件下,采用水热法,在预先镀有ZnO晶粒层的玻璃基板上制备出ZnO纳米棒阵列,在Al基板上制备出ZnO片状纳米结构薄膜。并通过X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对这两种不同的结构进行了表征。结果表明,经铺晶处理的ZnO纳米棒沿[001]方向垂直于基板定向生长,ZnO晶粒层对纳米棒阵列的形成是必不可少的;Al基板的影响在形成ZnO纳米片过程中占主导作用。同时还对纳米棒阵列和纳米片的形成机理进行了探讨。

Preparation of ZnO Nanostructrue Film by a Simple Hydrothermal Method
Abstract:Aligned ZnO nanorod arrays and nanoflakes were successfully respectively synthesized by the simple hydrothermal route on the prepared glass substrate and aluminium foil at a low temperature. The ZnO seeds were indispensable for the alignment of ZnO nanorods and the XRD and SEM analysis proved that the ZnO nanorods were vertically aligned onto the substrate grown along [001]direction. Aluminium substrate dominated the formation of ZnO nanoflakes. And the formation mechanism of the ZnO nanorod arrays and the ZnO nanoflake were also discussed.
