某萤石粒度及表面能的研究

摘要:泡沫浮选是根据矿物颗粒表面可润湿性质的差别进行分选的;矿物颗粒的粒度特性和表面润湿性直接影响着分选的结果。本实验采用旋流粒度分析仪测量了某萤石细粒物料粒度,并用kruss表面张力仪测量了萤石的接触角;通过对Fowkes公式来变形,并用mathlab进行拟合计算,求出不同粒级颗粒的表面能。比较不同粒度颗粒的表面能,从热力学的角度说明不同粒级的萤石矿物颗粒的可润湿程度的差异,并分析不同粒度的萤石因表面润湿性的差异在泡沫分选中的不同表现,为选择矿物分选方式和流程提供热力学性质依据。

Research on Particle Size and Contact Angle of Fluor
Abstract:Foam flotation is based on the mineral’s different surface wetting properties; Mineral grain size characteristics and surface wetting properties have an direct effect on the result of foam flotation. Measured some fine particles’ sizes of some fluorite with cyclone particle-size analyzer, and measured fluorite’s contact angle with surface tension instrument of KRUSS K-100 type; Through Fowkes Formula’s deformation and using Matlab to do fitting calculation obtained different grain size particles’ surface energy. Campared different sizes’ particles surface energy, from the perspective of thermodynamic to illuminate the wettability degrees of different sizes fluorite ore particles, and analysed different behaviors in foam flotation of them because of different surface wettability, provided thermodynamic properties basis for the choices of mineral separation methods and processes.
