周期性变截面微通道液体流动与传热特性的数值模拟

摘要:本文针对周期性变截面微通道内单相液体流动与传热特性,以等截面矩形微通道作为参照,利用CFD计算流体力学模拟与分析软件进行三维数值模拟。模型采用有限体积法离散,SIMPLEC算法进行层流计算。讨论了周期性变截面微通道热沉在不同热流密度不同Re数下流体流动特性和传热特性,并与相同条件下等截面矩形微通道的模拟数值相比较。分析结果显示周期性变截面微通道具有很好的流体流动特性和传热特性,能够很好地解决高热流密度元器件的散热问题。同时分析得知粘度随温度变化和粘性耗散对流动和传热影响不能忽略。

NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF FLUID FLOW AND HEAT TRANSFER IN A PERIODICAL CHANGEABLE CROSS-SECTION MICROCHANNEL HEAT SINK
Abstract:This paper reports an investigation on the behaviors of flow and heat transfer of single-phase in a periodical changeable cross-section miccrochannel and a conventional rectangular microchannel with three dimensional numerical analysis. The steady , laminar flow and heat transfer equations were solved using a finite-volume method. Deionized water was used as the working fluid. The fluid flow and heat transfer in the PCMC heat sink were studied in comparison with the CRMC heat sink.The PCMC heat sink can lead to better heat transfer and lower thermal resistance due to the reentrant cavities on the sidewalls. The influence of viscosity-variation with temperature and viscous dissipation effect could be too significant to be neglected.
