富氧低温干馏兰炭试验的研究

摘要:针对陕北地区兰炭生产规模小、煤气热值低、无法有效利用的问题,提出用富氧代替空气与煤气燃烧提供热源,再与干馏过程产生的低温干馏煤气混合产生的高温循环气,对煤进行无氧化加热的富氧干馏技术思路,并设计试验方案、进行试验。试验表明,在不改变现行低温干馏炉结构的情况下,富氧低温干馏完全可行,可大幅度提高煤气有效成分,降低氮含量,大幅度提高煤气热值(煤气热值是空气助燃干馏的2倍以上),为煤气的有效合理利用奠定了基础;煤气放散量大大降低,减少约3/4,可以大大减轻目前一些干馏企业煤气产出量大,无法有效利用的问题。

Study On carbonization of coal with oxygen-enriched air to pruduce semi-coke at low temperature
Abstract:Traditional semi-coke production plants in north Shaanxi province are usually at a small scale , low efficiency and low calorific value of gas. To inprove the process, it is proposed that using oxygen-enriched combustion air and gas to provide heat and process with the low-temperature dry distillation gas mixture produced by dry distillation of high temperature gas circulation on the non-oxidation heating coal dry distillation of the oxygen-rich technical ideals to dissolve above problems. The test is carried at a pilot plant. The results showed that carbonization of coal with oxygen-enriched air is completely feasible, the content of effective components increased and the content of nitrogen reduced and calorific value of the gas increased obviously(the calorific value of gas is 2 times more than air’s) . without change the structure of traditional semi-coke production furnace.The quantity of the gas diffuses reduce greatly(approximately 3/4).It can solve the problem of the quantity of gas is to big to use effctively in the local plants.
