基于GIS与系统理论复杂地形选址研究

摘要:本文分析了复杂地形中设施选址普遍存在的不适宜设施建设的位置多、范围大,地表高低起伏大,选址的各项费用与地形起伏密切相关、地质复杂及交通不便利等环境限制问题;导致了选址所涉及影响因素与地形环境密切相关,而一般的数学选址模型不能很好地考虑到地形影响因素。GIS具有强大的空间分析功能,研究利用GIS在复杂地形选址中的一般方法,引入系统理论,把所要选址建设的设施看作一个系统,系统的建立与运营需要与外界进行输入输出能量交换,能量交换费用是选址要考虑的因素。研究得出选址的一般方法是利用GIS的叠加分析确定允许设施建设的范围层,然后分析系统的能量输入输出地形影响因素,建立能量输入输出成本层,通过成本层建立系统能量输入输出费用层,最后进行叠加分析得到选址综合评价图层,对选址进行决策。

Based on GIS and System Theory Researching Location in The Complex Terrain
Abstract:This paper analyzes the problem of facilities location in complex terrain such as much place not suitab- le for facilities construction, surface ups and downs, the charges of the location closely related totopog- raphy, geology complex and traffic unconvenient; which lead to the factors involved in the location are closely related to environment and terrain, but the general the mathematical model of location can not well take into account the terrain factor. GIS has the powerful spatial analysis function,so researches t- he general method of locating in the complex terrain using GIS,to introduct the system theory,seing the facility location as a system, the establishment and operation of the system need to exchange energy w- ith the outside world;energy exchange charge is the factors to be taken into account in facility location. The general approach of location is to use the overlay analysis of GIS to determine the permitted zones of facilities location, and then analyze the terrain factors causing different cost in energy input and out- put, establish the energy input and output, through the cost layer establish the charge layer, finally, ove- rlay all the layers to comprehensively analyze facilities location.problems ,researches the location mathods based on GIS and introduces the system theory to make the problem general.
