SDS-PVP软团簇制备Cu2O中空亚微球及其光学性能研究

摘要:本文以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)-聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)组成的项链状软物质团簇为可调性软模板,采用N2H4•H2O为还原剂,还原CuSO4制备Cu2O中空亚微球。XRD结果确定产物为Cu2O立方晶系晶体;表面孔径吸附测试确定其表面多孔的特殊形貌;从SEM、TEM图象可以看出产物Cu2O晶体为表面粗糙、具有中空结构的规整亚微球,并用SDS-PVP项链状软物质团簇模板诱导二次组装作用成功解释了Cu2O中空亚微球的生长过程。随着Cu2O中空亚微球粒径减小,其紫外-可见特征吸收峰发生蓝移,利用半导体公式换算出Cu2O中空亚微球的禁带宽度;相同激发波长下,随着Cu2O中空亚微球粒径减小,光致发光强度增大,说明光催化活性越高。

Preparation of Cu2O hollow submicrospheres by SDS-PVP soft cluster and studies on optical properties
Abstract:In this paper, hollow cuprous oxide (Cu2O) submicrospheres were prepared by simply reducing CuSO4 with N2H4•H2O in the template of SDS-PVP soft cluster. XRD pattern shows that the synthesized hollow submicrospheres are pure Cu2O. The N2 adsorption – desorption isotherms indicate the presence of the inhomogeneous mesopores and macropores. SEM and TEM images demonstrate the products are hollow submicrospheres with rough surface and uniform size. The growing progress of the Cu2O hollow submicrospheres were explained by the secondary assembly induced by the SDS-PVP soft clusters. With the decrease of the size of Cu2O hollow submicrospheres, it`s UV-vis characteristic absorption peaks considerably blue-shifted from the absorption of bulk Cu2O.. According to the semiconductor equation, a classical Tauc approach is further employed to estimate the Eg value of Cu2O hollow submicrospheres. The photoluminescence spectra of Cu2O hollow submicrospheres was recorded on a fluorescence spectrophotometer, at the same excitation wavelength, the intensity increased while the size reducing which indicated the increase of the photocatalytic activity.
