基于纤维特性的转杯纱强力预测模型构建

摘要:为提高化纤转杯纱强力,指导转杯纱实际生产。以涤纶和纽代尔为原料,结合纤维性能参数与纺纱工艺参数,在理论分析和实验基础上,构建转杯纱强力模型。结果表明:当材料性能一定时,纱线的临界捻系数与纤维位置比率Γ负相关;当位置比率时,纱线的强力主要由纤维性能决定;当位置比率0Γ→1Γ→时,纱线强力与捻系数α正相关,捻系数越大,纱线的强力越大;位置比率0<Γ<时,转杯纱的强力模型可以转化为以捻系数α为主要参数的多元模型。经t值检验,该模型可用于化纤纯纺转杯纱的强力预测,对实际生产具有重要意义。

Based on the fiber properties of rotor-spun yarns凷 strength prediction model
Abstract:In order to enhance strength of chemical fiber yarn in rotor spinning, guide the actual production of yarn. To polyester and newdale as raw materials, combined with fiber parameters and process parameters, a strong model of rotor yarn has been built in the theoretical analysis and experimental basis. The results showed that: When a certain material properties, the critical twist factor and the location ratio of fiber negative correlation; when the location ratio tend to zero, the fibers performance on the strength of yarns by the decision; when the location ratio tend to one, the yarn twist factor and the strength positive correlation, the greater the twist factor, the greater the strength of yarn;when the ratio is between zero and one, rotor-yarn strength model can be transformed into a twist factor of the main parameters of the multi-model. Value by t-test, the model can be used in chemical fiber rotor-spun yarn of strong forecast, the actual production of great significance.
