沙棘属植物在景观遗传学中的研究价值

摘要:景观遗传学是目前正在兴起的一门涉及生态学、遗传学、环境学和进化理论等多个学科交叉的热点研究方向。由于涉及到从大尺度的景观生态学和种群生态学到小尺度的分子遗传学多层面研究,相关工作在试验材料的选择方面对研究进展影响较大。试验所选材料一般应具备地理分布广、种群分化高、逆境适应强和取材方便等特点。综述前期研究结果发现,沙棘属植物具有以上重要特点,是景观遗传研究中的理想材料。本文对沙棘属植物的形态学特征、生态学特征、遗传学特征及分子生物学特征进行总结,结合当前景观遗传学中的研究进展前沿,阐述沙棘属植物在景观遗传学中的科研价值和实践意义,为今后景观遗传学的深入研究和生态恢复与治理实践提供基础研究材料。

Role of Hippophae rhamnoides L. as Research Material in Landscape Genetics
Abstract:Landscape genetics is receiving more attention as a hot interdisciplinary field which is involved with ecology, genetics, environmentalism and evolutionism. Due to its involvement on multiple level integrated investigations from landscape ecology and population ecology with large scale to molecular genetics with micro scale, the choice of experimental material in relating work has a great influence on research progress. Experimental material is in general endowed with a few attributions such as largely geographic distribution, high diversity of population, advantageous adaptations to diverse environment and sampling convenience. On reviewing previous studies, it can be argued that Hippophae rhamnoides L. species can be used as representative material in landscape genetics research owing to its possessing all the attributes mentioned above. In this study, we conclude Hippophae rhamnoides L. species’ characteristics in morphology, ecology, genetics and molecular biology. In terms of current progress of landscape genetics, scientific significance and applicable perspective of Hippophae rhamnoides L. species for landscape genetics are also reviewed so as to illuminate its potential as fundamental experimental material for future landscape genetics innovation.
